T.A.R.G.E.T.S.S.

Gun violence is a widespread issue that affects millions in the United States every year. Americans are 25 times more likely to die from gun violence than residents of peer nations. In America, annually, 36,000 deaths are attributed to gun-related incidents.

The T.A.R.G.E.T.S.S. Program at Liberty Mission S.D.A. Church is a part of a nationwide movement designed to bring awareness to the dangers of gun usage and change the mindsets of urban youth related to violence. Through teaching conflict resolution, trauma responsiveness, and positive occupation, T.A.R.G.E.T.S.S. will help teens find viable alternatives to gun violence.
